Quality Policy Statement

We have developed a Quality Management System that complies with ISO 9001 in order to achieve our expansion plans and objectives.

Our objectives have been established in order to meet set goals. They are reviewed during management review meetings. However, they may be reviewed at any other time in order to meet changing circumstances affecting Professional Yachtmaster Training USA (PYTUSA).

Our policy is to ensure that the highest standards of tuition are delivered and our range of courses presented is broadened in order to keep pace with the requirements of the super-yacht industry.

We will ensure that the system is flexible and is able to adapt to any changes recommended or implemented by the accrediting bodies or other interested parties, i.e. the IMO, MCA, IYT. These changes will relate to our areas of tuition.

Professional Yachtmaster Training management will ensure that the system entrenched will be easily understood by all parties. The benefits accruing from its implementation and maintenance will enhance both the organisation and all personnel involved with the PYT system in a positive manner. The management and staff are committed to a policy of continual improvement. PYT will fully utilize the specific requirements of ISO 9001 with regards to our systems and processes to ensure their success.

PYT’s market is the global super-yacht employee. We are committed to PYT situated in Fort Lauderdale USA as our base for operations.

We are dedicated to the task of reviewing our quality management system whenever the need arises. However, it will be reviewed at least once annually in order to review decisions that have been implemented. This will result in system growth and improvement.
