Course Description

Under the Minimum Requirements Regulations, anyone handling food is to be suitably qualified in food hygiene or food safety in catering.

This course covers how to take personal responsibility for personal food safety, the importance of keeping themselves clean and hygienic, the importance of keeping work areas clean and hygienic, and the importance of keeping food safe.

This course is done in partnership with Maritime Hospitality Group and is conducted at PYTUSA.
