The Master’s MCA Seamanship and Meteorology Course is an Advanced Course Module in Seamanship

This course covers seamanship, watchkeeping procedures, International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea 1972 (COLREGS), passage planning, meteorology, MARPOL (International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships) and the Code of Safe Working Practices.

Course Description:

A theory course with a 2 1/2 hour written exam at the conclusion which requires a 60% pass mark.
