Courses Description
The course assessment will be conducted at Maritime Hospitality Group kitchen facilities and includes level 3 Food safety and is recommended for anyone that is in charge of catering or hospitality.
The course covers microbiology, hazards and controls, food poising, personal hygiene as well as equipment and premises cleaning and disinfection, pest management and food safety management.
